Availability of Services
All services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply for any reason we will not charge you and we will refund any money already paid. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply.
Prices
Although we will use our best efforts to ensure that prices reflected on the website are accurate and current, because of the nature of the services, prices change and are subject to change without notice. In the event that the price to be charged is more than the price reflected on the website, in respect of any services, we will advise you thereof, by email, prior to delivery thereof, thus giving you the opportunity to accept or reject any higher price. Emails sent to you but not responded to within 7 (seven) days of us sending the email will be deemed to be an acceptance of the higher price.
Important
Please supply us with a physical delivery address (not postal) and a contact telephone number where you can be contacted during the day. Only once the funds have cleared in our account will we process an order.
Payment options
All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). We accept credit card payments via the website and on request will supply our banking details should you wish to make payment via EFT or Direct Deposit.
Credit card payment – To protect the customer, we may require proof of identification. Any order that the bank declines will be cancelled. Once we have payment authorization we will process your order. Once the funds become available in our account, we will proceed.
Responsibility
The Provider takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
DEPOSITS – all orders are subject to a minimum deposit of 50% of total order value, or 100% of the order value should we deem extenuating circumstances warrant it. In the event of cancellation we reserve the right to retain a % to be determined by Motorsport, or the full amount, based upon the customer’s/customers’ implicit instructions to order the goods on their behalf.
OUTSTANDING BALANCES – any and all outstanding balances are payable in full prior to delivery or collection
Cancellations:
Motorsports does not refund for incorrect choice or unwanted purchases. Please make your decision carefully. All services come with a warranty, please refer to our warranty policy for more information. All costs associated with the return of goods are the sole responsibility of the consumer.
