Ed Murray Racing cc was established in 1994 and is the distributor of ROTAX Kart Products for Southern Africa, CRG karts, Bambino Top Kart Comer 50cc Karts, Righetti Ridolfi kart products, Tillett seats, Bengio safety gear and Aim Mychron. Ed Murray Racing is based at Zwartkops Raceway in Pretoria, South Africa.
South African Rotax Max Challenge.

Ed Murray Racing cc have promoted and managed the Rotax Max Challenge in South Africa since the inception of the world wide Rotax Max Challenge in 1999.

The SARMC Series has classes that cater for drivers from the age of five to ninety nine years old and more than 200 drivers have qualified to compete at the Rotax World Finals.
The Rotax Grand Finals have been run on 5 continents and many different countries. Proudly South Africa has won 14 world titles in two decades.

EMR Kartsport (Pty) Ltd
EMR Kartsport is based at Zwartkops raceway in Gauteng and caters for all your karting needs. This is a one stop kart shop offering new and used karts, specialized engine preparation (Authorised Rotax Service Center), kart servicing, storage and rental karting.

Zwartkops International Kart Raceway (Pty) Ltd
The circuit was built to international standards and CIK licensed for the Rotax Max Challenge Grand Finals held in South Africa in January 2003. A joint venture between Peter Du Toit owner of Zwartkops Raceway and Edward Murray has provided a popular home for Gauteng karting. The circuit is exactly 1 000 m long and boasts a unique crossover.

Zwartkops Raceway is conveniently located close to Pretoria, Centurion and Midrand. The circuit hosts races for karts and bikes and is used for car and bike product launches. There are various options for conference facilities and MCP Corporate Karting.

Zwartkops International Kart Raceway is the home of Rand Kart Club.

MCP Rental Karts
Max Challenge Promotions cc operates from Zwartkops International Kart Circuit and boasts a fleet of 15 CRG Centurion karts with adjustable seats powered by a Honda 270cc 4-stroke motor, reaching speeds in excess of 70km/h. With corporate events and group bookings, electronic timing, full results, marshaling, helmets and guidance are provided.
