Race Driver South Africa was established in 2008 by Claudio Piazza-Musso with the purpose of training racing drivers early in their careers through their transition into professional racing drivers. In addition to our professional driver programmes, Race Driver South Africa plays an important role in growing motorsport in South Africa by providing driver training to newcomers and gentleman drivers. 2017 sees a collaboration with Crossley & Webb and the evolution of RDSA into a full-service Motorsport Marketing Specialist.

Driver Coaching and Mentoring
Under the guidance of Claudio Piazza-Musso, Race Driver South Africa’s driver coaching and mentoring services unlock the speed and consistency of race drivers. Our services are tailored to both professional race drivers, amateur race drivers and gentleman drivers.

Image and Brand Development
This division is headed up by Gareth Crossley who has over 20 years’ experience in sales, marketing and brand management with BMW, Maserati, Ferrari and recently Crossley & Webb. In-house professional design and photography assets are employed to ensure that our clients’ image is enhanced and promoted in the most professional manner.

Motorsport Marketing Specialist
The focus of this division is on creating value and opportunities for corporates in South African Motorsport. This support is then channelled to our client base of drivers and teams competing in South Africa and abroad.
